Delivered by Sanlorenzo in 2004 and comprehensively refitted in 2018, THE BIRD carries her age well. The refit reached the parts of the boat guests actually notice: new teak decking throughout, a reworked flybridge layout, and a refreshed swim platform with an outdoor shower, so she presents more like a boat half her age than a twenty-year-old hull. At 81 feet with a 19-foot beam, she sits in a size range that clears shallow anchorages other charter yachts skip while still giving guests real room to spread out on deck.

Below, four staterooms sleep eight guests: a master suite with a queen bed, a VIP cabin with a double, and two twin cabins, each with en suite bathrooms. A crew of four runs the boat, which is enough hands to keep service tight without crowding the guest spaces. The water toy inventory leans toward active charter groups, with two Seabobs, stand-up paddleboards, waterskis, and snorkeling gear aboard, plus a tender for shore runs.

Twin MTU diesels give THE BIRD a comfortable cruising speed with a useful top-end in reserve, the kind of performance that makes island hopping feel unhurried rather than rushed between stops. She is based year-round in Greece, cruising the Aegean and Cyclades, putting her within easy reach of Mykonos, Paros, and the wider island chain for guests who want a week built around moving between anchorages rather than sitting at one dock.
