Project WHITE ARROW: A 116m Superyacht, Ready for Build

Moran Yacht & Ship and Italian design studio Nuvolari Lenard have unveiled Project WHITE ARROW, a 380′ (116m) superyacht concept that is ready for build. Moran’s new construction team initiated the project and worked with the studio through the early design and development phase. What remains is the part that belongs to the owner: choosing a shipyard, shaping the details, and signing a build contract.

Project WHITE ARROW

A head start on a new build

A custom build normally starts with concept and design work long before a shipyard sees a specification. WHITE ARROW has already been through that stage. An owner can take the project to a shipyard of their choosing with a specification developed by Moran’s new build team and move to a build contract sooner than a project started from a blank page. The owner retains control over the most important decisions: the yard, the final layout, the interiors, and how they will use the yacht.

The platform

At 380′ (116m) with a 55′ (16.75m) beam, WHITE ARROW measures 5,200 GT. That volume carries nine staterooms for 18 guests and quarters for a crew of 39, along with an owner’s deck, a dedicated spa and wellness area, a large beach club, and garage space for four tenders. The diesel-electric propulsion sits in a single-height engine room. Keeping the machinery to one level frees more of the hull for guest spaces.

PROJECT WHITE ARROW

Open to the owner’s direction

Nuvolari Lenard conceived WHITE ARROW as a starting point. The architecture, the interiors, and the way life on board is organized are all meant to develop through conversation with the owner.

“The most interesting projects are not necessarily those that arrive with every answer already defined. They are the ones that establish a strong vision and leave the right space for the owner to make it their own.”
Dan Lenard, co-founder, Nuvolari Lenard

The exterior pairs a sculptural profile with clean lines and controlled proportions. Large areas of glazing open the interior to the sea, and the designers shaped the silhouette to stand apart at anchor.

Designed for months on board

The layout responds to a change across generations of yacht owners. Families now spend months at a time on board, and they expect more of a yacht as a place to live: privacy, well-being, time together, and a closer connection to the water. WHITE ARROW addresses each of these directly.

  • Privacy. An entire deck is reserved for the owner, including a private lounge.
  • Well-being. A large beach club leads straight into a spa with a sauna, a steam room, and two massage rooms. A full-beam gym looks out over the water.
  • Time outdoors. A wintergarden, a working firepit, a full-size pickleball court, and a large pool on the aft deck give the family reasons to spend the day outside.
  • Range. A helipad, two 12m tenders, two 7.1m tenders, and generous water toy storage let the family travel well beyond the usual anchorages.

“A yacht of this scale gives you an extraordinary opportunity, but also a responsibility: to create something that feels coherent, effortless, and ultimately human.”
Carlo Nuvolari, co-founder, Nuvolari Lenard

A team that has built together before

Moran and Nuvolari Lenard have delivered yachts together before, and that shared record is part of what an owner takes on with WHITE ARROW.

“An owner who starts with a project like WHITE ARROW is working with a team that has already delivered successful projects together. We have worked with the team at Nuvolari Lenard on multiple award-winning yachts such as AHPO, KISMET, and AMOR À VIDA. The groundwork on WHITE ARROW is complete, and she offers an incredible opportunity for any client who is seriously looking to build.”
