Program description. Moran Yacht & Ship Group, Inc. (“Moran Yacht & Ship”) uses its office number, +1 (954) 768-0707, for one-to-one text conversations with clients and prospective clients. We reply to texts you send us first. Replies may include answers to your questions, directing you to the right broker or team member, and information about yachts, charters, viewings, scheduling, documents and office logistics. We do not send marketing, promotional or bulk messages through this number.

Consent. You opt in when you send a text message to our office number. By texting us, you agree that Moran Yacht & Ship may reply to you by text message at that mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, charter or service. You can reach us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry. We only text in response to your messages.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Moran Yacht & Ship does not charge for text messages.

Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will send one confirmation message, and then we will stop texting you. To start texting us again, send us a new message.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
