Greg Maduros serves as Operations Manager for Moran Yacht & Ship’s management team, supporting the company’s managed fleet. He brings a lifelong background on the water, having worked as a captain aboard motor yachts and fishing boats early in his career. Greg coordinates with captains and crew, manages budgets and maintenance schedules, and ensures every yacht meets the standards owners expect, drawing on firsthand experience to anticipate the operational needs of the vessels under his oversight.
An accomplished surfer, he stays active with his family and brings a depth of maritime knowledge that extends well beyond administrative operations.
