Carly has spent over 15 years in yacht management and has been part of Moran Yacht Management’s growth for much of that time. She oversees crew administration, compliance requirements, and owner services, working directly with vessels and clients to keep operations running smoothly.
She’s often the one pushing the team to try a better way of doing things, whether that’s a new process for crew paperwork or a faster way to get owners the information they need. Her focus stays on the practical side: what actually makes a captain’s or owner’s day easier.
Outside of the office, Carly enjoys the South Florida sunshine (and thunderstorms), being on the water, and traveling. She loves to curl up on the couch with her cats, try new restaurants with her friends, attend live music events with her husband, and experience life through the eyes of their two children. Her favorite indulgences include pumpkin spice season, great pizza, a good glass of wine, and puzzles.
