Moran Yacht & Ship served as the custom yacht build management team for AHPO, the 377′ 6″ (115.1m) Lürssen superyacht formerly known as Project ENZO, one of the largest yachts in the world and a defining project in our new construction portfolio. From concept through delivery, our team worked side by side with the owner, Lürssen’s shipyard in Germany, and design studio Nuvolari-Lenard to guide every stage of the build, ensuring the vessel’s engineering, systems, and finishes met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
AHPO was built for a repeat client — a testament to the strength of the relationships we build through the new construction process. Having worked with our team previously, the owner chose to reassemble the same build and design team for this project, trusting Moran Yacht & Ship to oversee the same rigorous process that shaped his earlier yacht. That continuity, from one project to the next, reflects how central long-term client relationships and hands-on project oversight are to our approach to new construction management.
Designed by Nuvolari-Lenard, who led both exterior and interior design, AHPO pairs an elegant, timeless profile with sophisticated interior spaces. Throughout construction, Moran’s build management team coordinated closely with the shipyard on engineering and technical systems, including features designed to reduce electrical power consumption and emissions — part of our broader commitment to overseeing efficient, forward-looking builds for our clients.
AHPO features accommodations for 16 guests in 8 spacious staterooms. Delivered in 2021, she stands today as one of the most iconic completed projects Moran Yacht & Ship has built.
