Located in Viareggio, in Italy’s Tuscany region, CBI Navi builds custom superyachts in aluminium and steel, drawing on the city’s centuries-old shipbuilding traditions. CBI Navi was founded in 1984, capitalizing on its workers’ metalworking skill to build custom luxury yachts for demanding clients. In 2005, the shipyard was acquired by the Fipa Group of yacht builders, joining the brands Maiora, Intermare, and AB Yachts. The Fipa Group’s support enabled CBI Navi to evolve into a builder of large superyachts. Today, the shipyard offers new yacht construction up to 100 meters in length. CBI Navi builds custom semi-displacement and displacement superyachts designed by noted international yacht designers. The shipyard also offers engineering services, refits, service, yacht management and storage.
