GIOIA — 141' Codecasa Superyacht for Sale
GIOIA is a 43-meter (141-foot) Codecasa delivered in 2024, one of the Italian yard's most recent launches. A gunmetal-gray superstructure over a white hull gives her a profile that stands out in any harbor, and the interior carries an unmistakably Italian sensibility: custom woodwork, stone detailing, clean modern lines, and sightlines that keep pulling the eye back to the water. Accommodations handle twelve guests across five staterooms, with a full-beam master on the main deck that includes a private lounge, his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes, and a his-and-hers bathroom. Four additional cabins sit on the lower deck, two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths, each with en suite bathrooms. Nine crew run the boat.
Exterior living is built around options rather than a single gathering point. The sun deck carries a raised jacuzzi, generous sun pads, a full wet bar, and aft seating. The bridge deck aft handles al fresco dining, and the main deck aft and foredeck add two more lounging zones so guests can spread out or move with the sun through the day. Underneath the styling, GIOIA is built to Lloyd's classification and LY3 compliance, with in-house Codecasa naval architecture, a steel hull, an aluminum superstructure, and zero-speed stabilizers for quiet time at anchor.
Twin Caterpillar C32s deliver a maximum speed of 16.5 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots, and a 4,000-nautical-mile transatlantic range, giving her genuine ocean legs rather than coastal limits. Length overall is 141 feet (43m) with a 30-foot (9m) beam, 9-foot (2.6m) draft, and 499 gross tons. As a 2024 build, she carries Codecasa's current-generation systems and construction standards rather than a decade of refits trying to catch up.
GIOIA is currently located in The Bahamas in George Town, Exuma.
