Delivered by Horizon in 2015 and refreshed in a 2024 refit, PILOT LOUNGE feels younger than her build year. Interior styling from Scott Carpenter still holds up, and the update keeps her feeling current rather than dated, the kind of boat that returning charter guests come back to because nothing about her feels tired. Zero-speed stabilizers mean the comfort holds whether she is underway or sitting at anchor, which matters as much for a lazy afternoon on the Intracoastal as it does for a longer run out to open water.

Four staterooms sleep eight guests across a mix of two doubles, a twin, and a convertible cabin, giving charter groups some flexibility in how they split up. A crew of three keeps service personal without overcrowding the boat. Onboard, guests get a solid lineup of water toys for filling the hours between anchorages, and the layout leaves plenty of room for the group to spread out rather than stack up in one space.

A shallow draft under six feet opens up water that keeps deeper-draft yachts at a distance, which counts for a lot when the destination is the Bahamas. PILOT LOUNGE is based in Jupiter, Florida, close enough for an easy day out along the Palm Beaches and set up just as well for a longer charter across to Bahamian out islands like the Exumas, where the shallow draft and stabilizers both earn their keep.
