ARIEL SUBMERSIBLE Yacht For Sale
Moravia Yachting is proud to welcome ARIEL to its central agency sales fleet. Built by U-Boat Worx and delivered in 2019, ARIEL is the flagship of the Dutch shipyard’s Cruise series and the first model of her kind ever produced: an advanced seven-person submersible designed for deep-water exploration.
Accommodating six guests and a pilot, ARIEL features a custom interior with rotatable seating and panoramic 360-degree acrylic viewport system, allowing for a fully immersive underwater experience. She is certified to dive up to 1,140 metres, ideally suited for expedition and explorer yachts, shadow vessels, high-end research programmes, and exclusive island resorts looking to offer their guests a deeper sense of place.
“ ARIEL really is one of a kind,” says Rory Delves, her broker. “ Being the only seven-person 1,140-metre depth submersible made by U-Boat Worx, she truly is a fantastic blend of luxury and commercial cruising depths that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
“She’s ideal for someone who has a real flair for adventure, and who is looking to explore the wonders of the abyss that cannot be accessed by almost all other recreational submersibles on the market.”
Constructed with a titanium pressure hull and dual hyper-spherical acrylic domes, ARIEL was conceived with safety and visibility top of mind. With only one private owner and minimal use since delivery, she presents in near-new condition, a rare find in the category. Prior to handover, the submersible will undergo a full recommissioning process with U-Boat Worx, including a test dive, to be coordinated with her future owner.
She is currently in storage at the U-Boat Worx facility in Breda, the Netherlands, and is available for viewings by appointment.
