Robert Millar

Robert Millar brings over two decades of hands-on new build and technical oversight experience to Moran Yacht & Ship, almost all of it centered at Lurssen’s Schacht-Audorf yard. He began as Chief Engineer aboard Capri, then moved into owner’s representative work on the 86m Bellissimo project, followed by a return to Chief Engineer duties on Quattroelle, where he managed the technical department post-delivery. Since 2014, Robert has served as Owner’s Representative on the 85m Sasha project and, since 2018, as Technical Consultant and Owner’s Representative on Project ENZO at Lurssen Kröger-Werft. He studied mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and naval architecture at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, building the technical foundation behind his long run of new-build oversight roles.
