Vessel Walkthrough:
MAUI sleeps ten owners and guests in four nearly equal elegantly appointed staterooms. Crew quarters for four crew are separate and well forward in the yacht. There are five guest heads, including a main deck day head. From the comfortable setting of the spacious country kitchen, to the newly decorated interior, one feels at home immediately upon stepping aboard. The customized aft deck overlooking a full-size cockpit is just perfect for al fresco dining. Relax for cocktails or have a casual lunch on the spacious flybridge. MAUI will comfortably sleep ten owners and guests in four separate staterooms each, all with ensuite bathrooms. Crew accommodations include five berths, head and shower.
Master Stateroom:
Custom bedding and a generous supply of designer pillows adorn the queen-size bed. Relax with a 17' Flat screen TV/DVD/VHF/CD/AM-FM stereo. The ensuite bathroom lends a higher level of elegance with the lovely marble counter accents and tub. The spacious walk-in cedar-lined closet provides ample storage.
VIP Stateroom:
This stateroom is a mirror image to the Master stateroom, and can serve as a second Master. This beautifully appointed room provides the perfect layout for two owners or two couples who wish for similar accommodations. Spacious ensuite with tub. and marble countertop. 17' Flat screen TV/DVD/VHF/CD/AM-FM Stereo.
Guest Staterooms:
The wide curved stairway leads to identical side-by-side twin bed staterooms.
The starboard Guest Stateroom offers a full-size Pullman, which is perfect if children are involved. Tasteful custom bedding with a blue theme complete this decor. Your very own 17' Flat screen TV/DVD/VHF/CD/AM-FM Stereo provide the perfect private setting to relax. An ensuite spacious bathroom and shower complete these accommodations.

Crew Quarters:
Newly refit accommodations for four crew in two cabins with private dining area. Shared bathroom with shower.
Galley:
All new galley with solid granite counters throughout. Large country kitchen with granite top table. Large, new stainless steel full size refrigerator/freezer. Chefs dream counter top stove with touch controls. New wooden floors throughout the galley. Also, overhead accent lighting.
Salon:
Your first impression is one of space. What a great place to relax in these elegant surroundings with an up-to-date surround sound entertainment system with 42' plasma screen TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo. The large windows contribute to the open, well-lighted ambiance. Totally refinished with tasteful neutral toned sculptured carpeting throughout. Newly upholstered sculptured curved sofa. Day Head forward leads up to the Pilothouse.
Dining:
Elegant informal dining for eight located just aft of the Main Salon, on the port side provides the perfect setting for evening meals. New custom solid wood table with full-size leather accented matching chairs. Opposite on the starboard side is a full-size bar.
Laundry Room:
White Westinghouse clothes dryer; White Westinghouse clothes washer located in crew area.
Pilothouse:
Forward walk-around decks complete 180 degree visibility. The Console contains most of the Pilothouse electronics mounted in stylish black faux leather. New wooden floors, newly upholstered seating in the bridge as well as overhead. Commercial quality instruments, either rebuilt or replaced and custom installed, Controls to dual 1450-hp 16V92 Detroit Diesel engines, two 50 kw Northern Lights generators. Naiad stabilizers. Bow Thruster, Northstar GPS and Charterplotter, plus state-of-the-art navigation and safety equipment. Communication and Office Equipment include Cellular and SATCOM telephones, fax and copy machine, laptop computer with scanner, and printer.
Fly Bridge:
Whether enjoying this spacious sunning area by day, relaxing over a casual lunch, or treating your friends to a cocktail party by night, this area is sure to be used frequently. Duplicate electronics provide efficient operation while underway as well as docking. Aft are two waverunners on either side of the 16' tender. Adjustable sunning lounges are available for those sun worshippers!
Aft deck:
Perfect for alfresco dining or sunset cocktails. This spacious open aft deck features a large teak table with seating for 8. teak decks and modified stainless railing with four steps descending to the full size cockpit.
